- Build an ad strategy from scratch.
- Generate profitable sales via Google Ads.

Strategy
We structured Google Ads campaigns to scale revenue and optimize spend:
- Shopping Campaigns (Standard & Smart) – Core revenue driver (80% budget).
- Google Free Listings – Additional organic sales.
- DSA & Brand Search Campaigns – Supplementary traffic.
- Product Feed Optimization – Key for scaling campaigns.
1. Standard Shopping Campaigns
Shopping ads were the primary revenue driver, but managing 30,000+ products efficiently was a challenge.
- Initial approach: Segmented campaigns by website collection—ineffective.
- Refined approach: Split campaigns by CPC—better but below target ROAS.
2. Smart Shopping Campaigns
We tested 10 structures before unlocking significant gains with Smart Shopping campaigns:
- Amazon Best Sellers – Proven performers from Amazon.
- Website Best Sellers – High-demand products on Corebuy’s site.
- All Other Products – Remaining inventory.

Leveraged Google’s Free Listing feature across multiple Google surfaces:

- Results: Became a top three revenue source, generating free organic sales.
4. Additional Campaigns
- DSA (Dynamic Search Ads): Used low bids to drive relevant traffic.
- Brand Search Campaigns: Protected Corebuy’s brand name in search.
- What Didn’t Work:
- Non-brand search campaigns – Unprofitable.
- Display campaigns – High clicks, low engagement.
